Horrible customer service, the gentlemen I spoke to wasn't listening and was only concerned with pulling my credit. He gave misinformation and said One Main could do things when they could not. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!!!!! (FYI- Interest rates are to high, they prey on others misfortune!)
