First of all, they will robo dial your phone 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, etc. times a day. If you don't answer, they recycle your phone number to every other location within their jurisdiction regardless of your request to not do so. I have an open case with the state of Florida for this exact practice. It was fast everything was explained and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.
First time in my life I leave a review, especially a bad one, but I couldn't hold myself. I spoke to a lady named Melissa about my loan application, and she sounded annoyed by all my questions, had no patience when it came to my concerns, and put little effort into helping me understand how things work when you submit an application through a third party. She just tried her best to brush me off the phone. She’s not built to work in customer service, just awful behavior.

I’m extremely upset with this company. They claim that applying won't affect your credit score because you're pre-qualified—yet after applying, they don't approve even half the amount you were initially pre-qualified for. This feels misleading and unfair. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this company, please reach out. I believe we may have grounds to take action.
