They start calling the day it is due and when you go online and pay what the amount online is for example 106.71 they call and tell you that isn't correct it is short. I asked them how much was due and it was 5.00 more dolllars. They need to get their information online correct and quit calling all the time trying to get you to get more money when you are almost paid off.
People were nice and loan went through quickly. Be careful when closing your loan, they go through the paperwork quickly which made me miss the premiums for the insurance. They offer you life, disability, and unemployment insurance which is great but the cost of these was not explained. I did catch the cost after I printed out the loan papers the following day. I made a call and the cost is being refunded. It was an easy fix but frustrated that I had to do it in the first place.
This company is great at helping their clients get personal loans at a time when they need them the most. There staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
