To RENEE. You are a truly despicable and wicked human being. And NO this is NOT because I didn't get a loan there. One of my family members was trying to get a loan and got approved. I was only there to accompany them and a woman named Renee was not only unprofessional, extremely rude, insulted me directly, degraded me and literally laughed at me when I told her that I felt that there needed to be more professionalism. RENEE, you truly showed my family and i what a heinous and ugly hearted person you are.
My experience was quite interesting, this lady Renee already judged me by the way I looked. I have a great job, building my credit because I am new to the country and just wanted a loan to take care of a few things before I receive my annual bonus from work. However, this lady thought my pay slip did not look the way she thinks it should look, literally questioning it.
