They acted like it was an inconvenience to run my information, said they would call me back in an hour called me back next day and said they would try again if they got time between conference calls! Just ended up telling them never mind since the conference call was so much more important, they might be ok to work with as long as they don’t have a conference call or anything else planned
Local office was not much help, did it all online no problem
Everyone at the Athens Tn office are super nice and always help me with my financial needs.
