Just yesterday I inquired about a loan for 15,000 . I was approved for this loan in April 1 month prior as unsecured. My wife and I hesitated as 23.99% seemed a bit high for two people making 89,000 a year combined with credit scores ranging from 710-745 . Subsequently we declined One Mains offer. Today I was told I was approved for only 4000 unsecured and 30000 secured. I asked what changed because my earrings and FICO score remained constant.
