The first red flag was when my credit was run multiple times in a single day after I was assured by Jacqueline at location that it would not be. I had to repeatedly call and eventually drive to the office to sign documents just to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional. Despite making every payment on time through automatic draft, things only got worse. I requested a simple due date change before my payment was even due. Called to ask a question and the person who answered was extremely rude and wouldn’t answer my questions unless I put an application in. I called another location that was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and answered my questions with no hesitation!
Crystal was so helpful and nice. She explained everything every step of the process.
