Es increíble hacer una Preaprobación y aceptar que me corran el crédito aceptando la oferta y que después me pongas trabas y trabas hasta no darme el préstamo, cuando hablo de trabas créeme que es como si no quisieran darte el préstamo , pedirme verificar mis ingresos a través de mis Taxes y que debería ser 1099 , nada de eso me decía antes de aceptar la oferta y antes de correrme el crédito , ahorita tengo una consulta en mi crédito por algo que no recibí al final , eso es ofrecerte una aprobación engañosa,
This company does not care about YOU as a client . YOU are just a number a Sale, commission. Diane was incredibly rude the customer service was horrible. Don’t they understand that there are millions of loan companies a consumer can choose from . Go to Mariner Finance !!! The Cypress location They are amazing , accommodating to your schedule and they treat you with dignity and kindness!!! They care about your needs !!!

OCCASIONALLY, you'll get acknowledged in the 1st five minutes or so, but usually you have to stand up or say something to get anyone to even say, "Hello, we'll be right with you." But that would be GOOD customer service, huh? Other than that I have nothing good to say about this company! They are unethical and I think they prey on people who are without many options!!
