The first red flag was when my credit was run multiple times in a single day after I was assured by Jacqueline at this location that it would not be. I had to repeatedly call and eventually drive to the office to sign documents just to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional. Despite making every payment on time through automatic draft, things only got worse. I requested a simple due date change before my payment was even due. I was told by Jacquline I only get one date change for the life of the loan. Fine. We agreed t... read more
