I’m leaving this review after applying for a $5,000 loan via lending tree. Onemain financial said I was pre approved for $11,000. I called to follow up the next day and they needed my info again on the phone; I went through that for about 15 minutes to be told I was approved for $11,000 but I needed to put my car up for collateral. Again, I didn't want $11,000 at all but that's irrelevant to this review. Recommendedi have had nothing but very good experiences from one main everybody is very friendly ready to help I was in a pickle and they have always come through for me Sharon is the best
I have made 6 payments and the online service still shows 0 payments! The loan people were great and it was quick and easy but why cant you get your online accounts updated? i gave 2 stars for poor follow up!
