I applied for a loan and was initially approved. I completed the entire process, submitted all the required documents, and was just a day away from receiving the funds. However, on the day everything was supposed to be finalized, I received a call informing me that they could no longer move forward with the loan. When they found out I needed a secured loan, Macey was completely unreachable. They screened my call and when I called from different number, seconds later, they answered. The other girl I dealt with was fairly decent. Needless today I will only be dealing with the guy who initially singed me up 1.5 years ago.
