I was told there are TWO different Erica's that work there. Which the one I've talked to I'm positive was a Black woman. Called today and a White Erica answered, I asked her about the other Erica, she said that's Erica R. She said was on break. I asked her to get her to give me a call back, she said "ok", didn't ask my name or number. I had to tell HER can she take both down to give to the other Erica, which she did. This is the second time I've used One Main to help clean up my finances and it couldn't have been easier. The entire process was friendly, professional and far faster than I had thought. Instead of paying 1,200 on 4 different loans a month I'm able to use the loan from One Main to consolidate them into one 400 dollar a month payment and make my life a little easier.

I paid my loan off within 6mths of approval and it cost me 23%. I was told there was no penalty for early pay off. Instead of One Main Financial reporting to the credit bureau as a loan paid off, it was reported as a closed account/charged off which caused my credit score to decrease. Paying of a loan should increase your score. This entire business is a scam!
