Their communication isn't very clear. Although I gave my bank account info over the phone, they claimed I never set up auto-debit payments. Then I couldn't get ahold of an actual live person for over a week. After copying and pasting my bank info and receiving confirmation that my payment went through on the app, 3 days later I was notified that my payment had 'been returned'.
