This place is poorly ran. Applied for a loan back in early December. Noemi was the representative handling my paperwork. I had to keep calling to check my status and she would never return calls. Finally I get an answer that the loan application has expired for being open a certain amount of days. Don't waste your time, they’ll waste yours
These people don’t know what they are doing in this office.
A very easy experience
I submitted my paperwork and was told a call back would be made and nothing . I then went in person to the branch with no customers in the office and couldn’t be seen. They claimed to have over 100 applications and appointments going on yet the office had no customers. I went off what the staff told me and nothing not even a courtesy call. I waited a week for an answer and no call back whatsoever , don’t waste your time here .
Unprofessional place, worst place to get a loan from. Avoid!
