I had a very disappointing experience with OneMain Financial, specifically at the Webster location. I was told by the agent, Karina, that after one full year of on-time payments, I would be able to get my title back. That turned out to be completely misleading. On top of that, additional fees were added to my account without my knowledge or clear consent. This place is poorly ran. Applied for a loan back in early December. Noemi was the representative handling my paperwork. I had to keep calling to check my status and she would never return calls. Finally I get an answer that the loan application has expired for being open a certain amount of days. Don't waste your time, they’ll waste yours
These people don’t know what they are doing in this office.
