Had a great experience although long process we were able to get what we needed. You may want to skip on the insurance they will try to sell but that is up to you. Fairly costly but still too early to see any benefit from the insurance.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY..... I recently got a loan from Citi Financial and at the time of signing the papers I was told that I could get the extra insurance on the loan for about 55.00 more a month for umployment loss and death, but that I could cancel at any time and my payment would go back down to the original price. So I went ahead and got the insurance, but 2 weeks later I decided to cancel it. To my surprise my loan payment did not go down, only the term of the loan went down.
