Made several calls and sent several E mails to the Southfield Michigan office, never got a response. No returned calls or E mails finally called Kentucky where a very nice lady helped me out.
The people at my Branch are very friendly, my loan officer is amazing she goes over every little detail and answers all of my questions. Getting a loan with One Main was so easy and so much quicker than I ever expected it to be, Wow! I will be sure to go back to One Main for ALL of my borrowing needs!
