Ideal for people that have poor financial responsibility bc once it lands on the co-signer they refuse to do anything to help get you get off as co-signer even after you bring the account back up to date so the primary can refinance. Even if you can’t get in contact with the primary anymore either.
The branch manager is extremely rude and customer service is seriously lacking at this location. Complaints with corporate will be filed. I will never call nor walk into this location again. I will also never apply for another loan through this institution because of the disrespect and foul attitude the branch manager exhibits.
Sherry at the Elyria office is WONDERFUL. What an absolutely gem. She’s pleasant, personable, and well informed. I recently applied for a $6,500 loan and she helped me understand what I need before the loan can be approved. I hope to be approved in the near future. With Sherry’s help, knowledge and guidance today over the span of a 32 minute call- I have a lot of faith in this loan company. If all of OneMain Financial employees are like her, then it gets ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
