I told Lisa on the phone the amount I needed and she said it was no problem. She did the application over the phone and said I was approved for the amount I requested. I took proof of income to her and then she said I was only approved for a lower amount. Then I get a call from her saying I’m not approved because the underwriter says I made a negative $2000.
