Explaining ALL the fee's up front. Before any signing is done! 😠
While the people are friendly they did not explain all the terms up front. They went through the papwork on the computer quickly and did not take time to explain. I paid off my loan a week later only to find out the actual amount i was financed for was 2000 more for hidden fees and insurance i was originally told was included with my amount. The manager came to talk to me but there was no apologies for the shady behavior of the employees or attempts made to make up for the behavior. Do not use this company, you can not trust... read more
AFTER the loan was complete, they will not answer the phone at the branch and will not return my messages. Surely if missed a payment, they'd probably ring my phone off the hook. I have a service question for them and cannot reach a live person. Of course.
