I was told last week.i was approved for a loan with this company. I had to do all of the foot work. Then when it came time to get the loans final approval, and this is after I had signed the loan papers, I was denied. They didn't put in the right amounts to pay off loans , which they had to gegin with, which was the whole purpose of going to them. My experience with the Henderson Kentucky branch was awesome! Your employees are very professional and very knowledgeable. The woman that took care of me there, I can't remember her name...but she was nice and welcoming. She has the very first desk when you come in the front door snd has reddish brown hair that I remember. Anyway, She answered all of my questions and I was in and out in about twenty minutes.
