I have emailed my local branch 3 times now asking for the payoff balance and they will not give it to me. Obviously because they want to keep jacking the in that they are getting so they don’t want loans paid early. This is some of the worst customer service I have had. When they do respond to anything they are pushy and rude.
one main is very helpful especially when in a bind and need a car!
If you need a loan the place to go would be One main. The people really go the extra mile and are great to work with.
