Classic bait and switch, i submitted my most recent paystub and got a hit on my credit, getting texts saying your loan is approved and to call to finalize i call and they say oh no thats a pre approval, you have to do everything again and with a vehicle
Set up a phone call appointment but was bothered multiple times a day to set up a appointment. They had no respect for my time.

When you go in to the office it feel so peaceful and they the first office that plays church music and I love it and the manager Melissa and the other young lady and men's are very caring and very nice
