Worst experience ever. I'll never get a loan from here. Asking questions that are irrelevant to me receiving or paying off a loan. The attitude and professionalism lacking. Makes sense now why you're company only has 3 stars.
Do not trust them with a payment arrangements. They will lie and say oops and take the money before the arrangement.
I just recently did a credit consolidation and Nydia was awesome! Should went over my options multiple times until I I was confident on which terms I wanted to go with. Nydia was also very patient when it came to signing my docs which I opted to do over the phone using technology on my cell phone. I messed up a few times and she was very patient and just walked me through it again. The process went very smoothly and was very easy thanks to Nydia guidance!!
