From the start they were not clear on what to expect through the process. And then when I requested to cancel my application he was extremely rude and hung up on me . They only care about your money as with most debt consolidators. They don’t actually care about helping you. This is exactly what I was afraid of and why I don’t inquire for stuff like this. You’re better off budgeting on your own and making a game plan to pay down your debt.
