Extremely predatory. They say your preapproved off the bat, just need to do a hard credit pull to confirm all info. You do that, then they say you're fully approved, but just need all this personal information to wrap it up, but then after that, you're denied and they don't give you a reason. And after they already have all your personal information. Total scam and waste of time company. Avoid them at all costs.
I submitted an application online and got to a page where I was approved and asked to choose my terms. The website asked me for my ID which I submitted. Afterwards, I received a call from the “branch manager”. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted the loan for and I explained to her it was for a personal purchase I wanted to buy for my husband. Terrible company. They send spam main frequently that ends up in the street.
Don't waste your time! Another financial scam company. They will hard pull your credit, but will never approve you. Staff is so incompetent, hiding bihind "it's our policy" without knowing what's the policy about. You tell them 2+2 = 4, and they say per their policy it's 7. They find any excuse to deny you. Even a manager there is unprofessional. She is unable to hold a conversation, and hang up on you.
