REGRET is the word I will use for this review. I came here about 2 years ago to inquire about a loan. I did not accept the loan because the rates were too high but that's not why I'm writing this review. Ever since then I get phone calls day and night about being approved for a loan and just need to finalize it. They must have sold my information to everyone. BEWARE!!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would!! Waste of time, poor communication, lack of accountability, the list goes on!! Don’t recommend!!
We had a secured loan using our vehicle with One Main. We traded in the vehicle October of 2022 with the dealership paying off the loan. Now, September of 2025 my credit drops 50 points because One Main posted that we owe $175 and are 30 days late. How in the world was everything current or closed for almost 3 years and now it is 30 days late. We call the 1800 number and they were completely obnoxious. When calling customers, please have enough tact to at least introduce yourself and who you are working for. I recieved a call from this establishment for a family member and was quickly hung up on before I had the chance to ask them the reason for their call.
