Very unimpressed. I went from being preapproved, to fully approved, to just bring in the paperwork, to unapproved, because of an internal mistake someone at the office made. Then when they went to run the numbers again for approval, I was informed that the system was down. To make matters worse, when I explained that my 'debt consolidation loan' was done for the purpose of 'credit repair', they started to make a threat to me along the lines of , 'we're going to need to include that when we reprocess your application.
