I want to give a shout-out to Darcie and her manager for doing such a great job helping me through a rough time. Not only did they provide excellent service they went over and above to provide an Amazing experience and information. When I left l felt like I had someone who understood my need and had my back. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. If you do your best they will do theirs. Thank you God bless you all.
They need to change their policy on how they print out cashier checks to used car dealerships. They print them out being payed to the customer and the dealership. Banks won't accept it unless customers name is on the dealerships bank account. No way in hell I'm adding a customer to business bank account just for them to buy a car. You all making things super difficult for everyone. You all need to learn how to print out cashier checks.
Steve was very professional and respectful while presenting options and gave sufficient time for making the decision to go forward or not.
