The manager Shirley has the worst customer skills ever, I am surprised someone with her lack of communication skills has that position! And Kim the "loan borrower" is RACIST she said she denied the loan because my husband has more than one ssn, which he does NOT! We have proved my husbands citizenship but apparently Kim thinks she works for USCIS because she said that doesn't make him legal!!
