My whole experience was very pleasant, from beginning to end. All of the staff members at the fort Myers office were very polite. I was approved for a loan within 24 hours.
The first lady I spoke with was not very helpful and borderline rude. She didn't do much for me. A few weeks later I had to reapply and was able to speak with Renee. She was amazing and helped me out so much. I would definitely recommend this place along with Renee at the fort myers branch off 6 Mile. Brian who works at this location was also very helpful and would recommend him also.

Bryan was the Associate we spoke to on the phone and we set an appointment to see him. When we entered, the office was busy but the girl at the desk smiled at us and made eye contact with us even though she was busy on the phone. Bryan saw us and greeted us and, in a few minutes, we were speaking with him. He is knowable, personable and efficient.
