The experience I had with the employees at one main financial in Rio Grande City TX. was great they helped me in being able to get an amount of money to fix my central air.
My experience was not a pleasant one. The staff never answered the phone. One can be calling all day and no answer. I had gotten a title loan and was told once the loan was paid I would get my title back within 2 to 3 weeks, but when it came to getting my title back a month and half passed and no title. I had to take time out of my busy work schedule to retrieve it from the DMV in Pharr, Texas. Very disappointed and inconvenienced.
