I had a very different experience with One Main compared to any other loan process I've ever been through. I had all my information turned in, just had to pick out a vehicle. I ran probably 2 dozen VIN numbers trying to find something that would work either private party or dealership. Loan process was straight forward and easy. Everything was explained very well. Will not hesitate to refer both family and friends.
My loan was mismanaged. The information needed in sending out my outgoing checks to my creditors was not put on the checks or any accompanied paper work to identify the checks were coming from me. The checks were sent back from my creditors and costing me over 20 days of added interest to my accounts plus even though these checks would have paid off the accounts, I had to make my monthly payments and accrue the added interest on my accounts.
