I was cautioned about OMF rates and what not, but their staff and representatives exceed any extra costs that may be included. Brian and the rest of their staff could be done of the nicest people you'll meet in Rochester. You will not be disappointed reaching out to one main.
This place is awful. Got told I could get a secured loan with my car as collateral for $1800, when I call back now they tell me they can't use my car anymore. Tried to get a auto loan instead and every vehicle i fond they will only offer half the value if not less. Impossible people to work with. Don't waste your time
I’ve used one main before in the past and have always worked with me there a great lender to work with
Poor customer service I have full coverage on my car that was used for collateral and they still are charging for insurance. I tried calling them and get transferred to different departments and nobody knows what they are doing. The guy I talked to there said he would update my file and the payment should go back to were it’s suppose to be. He said he would do that and call me back.
