I’ve used one main before in the past and have always worked with me there a great lender to work with
Poor customer service I have full coverage on my car that was used for collateral and they still are charging for insurance. I tried calling them and get transferred to different departments and nobody knows what they are doing. The guy I talked to there said he would update my file and the payment should go back to were it’s suppose to be. He said he would do that and call me back. Great customer service! I originally went to my bank to get help consolidating my loans threw them with no luck after being a member for 10 years. So i decided to give one main a try. Happy to say that they actually listen to what i needed and helped me with each step durning approval and then sat down to explain everything.
