So I am a person that thinks there is good in every person! I thought that this was a good company but I was wrong! I purchased a car that a young man sold me that had a loan on it from this company! The young man dad past away so they aren’t going to get there money! They first told me that they would try to work it out that I pay little or none for the vehicle! OneMain Financial 1506 N Lee Trevino Dr, Ste B3, El Paso, TX 79936 Representatives are rude and unprofessional. Specially Laura which she will not call the correct contact numbers on the accounts, she calls the reference numbers. I asked to call the correct number and instead indicated I should as if I work for them. What happen to Customer service. Needs retraining or get her out of there, no need for Lazyass representatives that are not willing to do there job. I called back and requested a supervisor and was denied one. A... read more

this is the biggest loan-shark scam there is. They are no better than the Mafia with their ungodly 36% interest rate; every employee should be arrested and locked up!
