There is one girl there name starts with a M and she is very very rude! I have had no problems with anyone else there before, but she is very rude! I DO NOT recommend anyone going there for a loan. She will get in your business and down you for nothing she even knows about all while trying to make a payment.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY..... I recently got a loan from Citi Financial and at the time of signing the papers I was told that I could get the extra insurance on the loan for about 55.00 more a month for umployment loss and death, but that I could cancel at any time and my payment would go back down to the original price. So I went ahead and got the insurance, but 2 weeks later I decided to cancel it. To my surprise my loan payment did not go down, only the term of the loan went down.
