The financial assistance OneMain provided us is appreciated. However, whoever runs your website, where you can access your account and make payments, etc, just wasted my time this morning by having me re-do my sign in information. I don't freaking use it anyway because our payments are automatically drawn. This must be the season of 'Let's redo our website and have all our customers have to redo their stuff....it'll be most annoying that way....' I hate banks. I hate having to re-do my sign in process.
