I closed out a loan and overpaid 120.00. I was told it would be 20-30 days for my refund in order for checks to clear the bank. 30 days for a check to clear. That is flat out BS. The owner responded to me and still no satisfaction.
Sent me a reapproval for 20k. Wasted my times to only give 1500 lmao. No my credit isn't the greatest but all my payments are perfect and my income is good. And to charge 33 percent interest I'm glad I hung up. Dont waste your time or credit pull
No better than loan sharks. If I could give them a zero I would. If you're young, they will take full advantage of that. Went in with a credit score of 780, they put the highest legal interest on my loan payment and put a lien on my car. Fast forward two years, I now fully understand what they've done, credit is tanked. They still have the nerve to try and make me take up a new loan agreement.
