Please be careful going to this place. I strongly suggest extreme caution based on my experience. I had a detailed conversation with one of this customer service representatives, and I explained what I could do and what I could not do and I was extremely clear when I explained that my interest could only be a certain percentage of the monthly payment, and that a certain percentage had to go to the principal. Misleading waste of time april was not helpful
I closed out a loan and overpaid 120.00. I was told it would be 20-30 days for my refund in order for checks to clear the bank. 30 days for a check to clear. That is flat out BS. The owner responded to me and still no satisfaction.
