You are able to speak to someone at a branch within your home town which is nice because you are not dealing with someone on the phone who has very broken English which as you know is frustrating.They call you every once in awhile to see how your are doing and if they can help with any other funds or working out payments. I've been a One main customer for about 4 years now. Never had a complaint.
