Extremely pleased how thorough Gabriel explained everything to my mom as this was her first time and her first experiance went great. Very poliet and professional! We will refer anyone looking for a loan to this company! On a side note, I also have an account with this company and I have 0 complaints.
They were a good company until they had a nightmare of a representative. I get paid once a month and have expressed that multiple times. I still pay my loan every month, despite it being a week or so late.I live off of my disability and do my best with what I have. My grandmother is passing around this time and it has been an extremely hard few months for my family. To fix these issues, they were wanting me to apply for another loan.
