Working with Shelly is a fantastic experience! I went to her after finding myself slipping out of a work life balance, and no longer finding as much joy in life. Through working with Shelly she's helped me to plan out ways to identify when life is getting out of balance, both personally and in business, and has helped me implement tools and systems to work through lifes curve balls in a constructive way. Shelly is absolutely fantastic. Prior to working with Shelly, I felt abit defeated in certain aspects of life, she has over a period of time worked with me to figure out why I felt that why, how things in my life that I was doing contributed to this and some action plans that have helped me immensely get a better overall balance. There is no doubt that Shelly is so passionate about what she does and inspiring others to do the same. She is extremely knowledgeable and can provide guidance on a whole range of wellbeing matters, even with small changes to nutrition, exercise and sleep patterns etc. I was a little skeptical at first but have certainly realised Shelly really does know her stuff.
