I used to see Dr Ken Winnard in Tallahassee at the Hospital. I repeatedly requested an MRI from Dr Ken due to a number of symptoms I’ve been suffering with. He repeatedly denied my request. Last year, I found out I have a brain cyst. Had he ordered an MRI years ago, my situation wouldn’t be so grave today.
