Good gym, good trainers but poor customer service and irresponsible front office staff!
Very nice club. Clean environment and friendly staff. I usually go to Onelife Vickery (it’s closer) but will be coming back to this gym.
Front desk is very friendly. Anita is the best Zumba and Barre instructor!
Just wanted to thank our awesome GF instructors ! These classes push you to work on strength, endurance, focus, and goals! Thank you Caitlin for teaching us that strong is beautiful, thank you Natalia for caring about every detail of your classes, thank you Rusty for teaching us to work hard while being the best DJ ever, thank you Sandra for always keeping workouts new and unique! These classes and amazing instructors help achieve more than we ever could on our own!
One Life Fitness-Windermere comes highly recommended for their amazing, knowledgeable and most friendly staff. you will be welcomed by pretty much everyone you come in contact with and made to feel comfortable. The facility has every piece of equipment imaginable to suit all levels of fitness as well as numerous classes. I highly recommend sitting down with Carlos to determine your physical state and then a trainer to design the best program for your goals. The trainers are the best!!
Absolutely love the kids club!! My kids are excited to come here every day and they never want to leave! It’s fantastic being able to leave them in the care of the wonderful staff here and know that I never have to worry!
