Disrespect is the name of the game from their regional manager!!
SCAM/FRAUD!!!!!!!! So disappointed that after following the protocol to cancel membership yet they continued to charge the membership to my bank account every month. This is unacceptable!!!! Hidden fees everywhere and They are also refusing to reimburse me. Im not sure where is the disconnect. Very unhappy with my experience, not recommending to anyone!

Very disappointed in the customer service during Covid. We are fine with paying monthly even while gym was closed, but to hit our account with an unexpected $120 in fees for 'equipment upgrades' with no notice.. and at a time when we haven't even been back to the gym in months due to Covid, on top of our monthly.. is TERRIBLE customer service. They are only about making money... I have given my notice and now they want to charge me enhancement fee ( not sure what enhancements they even make to the facility ). You cannot talk to anyone live, have to talk through email and when I asked to talk to manager, the request was completely ignored... very disappointed !
