Poor communication, rude and unfriendly attitude The people at the front desk are very rude and customer unfriendly. I had 2 free passes from the advertisement they did on Facebook. Day 1 - I faced no concerns and they also confirmed that I have another free pass that I can use. When I come the next day, they refuse to honor the second day free pass.
