Friendly staff and great options for cardio. I love their spin/cycling and yoga instructors!!!
The personal trainers are awesome.
The places needs a cleaning! Men’s shower stalls have mold and grime. Lockerroom floors have the dust balls all over and the tops of the lockers. Countertops could use a good cleaning too. Equipment should be cleaned off also as they are dusty too, not just the area that you sit on etc. you’d think from the amount that they charge you, the place would be clean.

I received my Onelife Membership as a gift to support my lifestyle change and healthier life! My experience was awesome! Everyone was very warm and helpful! My Smart Start Session with Joe was amazing. He’s great and very personable. He is very down to earth and extraordinarily motivating! I would highly recommend them! I’m looking forward to my journey with the team there!
