This location has had problems with keeping a hot tub hot. Last couple of times the water was cold or lukewarm. They said they ordered the part but they should have backups to avoid clients being shafted of use in their facilities. Crabapple location is the same they are blaming a gas line that they have to replace. It's been almost a month and no improvement
So disappointed! I joined this gym in 2019 and loved it for it's open floor plan, array of equipment, relative cleanliness, pretty serious clientele, friendly staff and the fact that it wasn't packed all the time. Fast forward to 2021 and it's packed all the time with people who have no idea what they're doing and openly stare while I work out and even follow me around the gym and basically get in the way of a great workout.
