Excellent and personable staff, full facility accoutrements, clean well air-conditioned, additional classes at no added cost, personal trainer trials assist in deciding whether you need more guidance, added services for $10/month extra are highly useful for reducing recovery period. Very busy during daytime hours every day and especially weekends but early morning, lunch, and night time usually has less people active if you prefer not working out in a crowded setting. This gym is a cut above others. Five years old, but still feels new. Until recently, the 3-lane, salt-based, chlorine-free lap pool, was a nice place to stretch and get some aerobic exercise. Yes, there's also a nice sauna, jacuzzi, and hydro-pressure back massage chairs for sore muscles, but the club just added an end side-wall, digital clock for competitive swimmers.
