Definitely better than other Germantown gyms, but unfortunately you’ll see the same behavior regardless of where you go. We were told upon joining that the staff monitors gym etiquette in the free weight area, but they don’t. People leave weights all over benches, bars and machines and don’t wipe down equipment (see photo below). A lot of the morning members are having phone conversations and using 6 foot tall tri-pods even though there are signs that say ‘No Phone Use’. Do not get a membership here they are money hungry.
Excellent place
The best gym I’ve been to in the whole area! The staff are super friendly, especially the reception team. I had a great experience with one of them—really polite and kind. I’ll get his name and add it here later, because he really deserves recognition.
