Every time I workout at my One Life Fitness gym I am impressed and glad that I joined. The staff is friendly and helpful. Being greeted by Kathleen at the front desk is a great start to my day. The facility is spacious with a huge selection of top rate equipment. The gym is always clean and there is a friendly courteous atmosphere.
