Excellent club, well managed and efficiently run, fine team of group instructors, friendly and welcoming front desk staff, and hard-working cleaning team who keep the premises scrupulously scrubbed and clean. Substitute instructors are invariably provided when the regular instructors are absent.
Nice staff and great space and equipment. But wow, be careful! The ceiling in the basketball gym is falling down, piece by piece, mold is growing and paint is peeling and floor needs a resurfacing badly. The green turf is worn out and the indoor tennis court surface is ancient. Years of neglect. Surprising given how much money OneLife Inc is worth. ***Shout out to Mary Ann and Coach Rodney !!
Onelife fitness is a great gym because of the continued outstanding dedication and commitment by Mary Ann, the Manager, who works tirelessly to support and promote healthy lifestyles for all members.
One Life Fitness is by far the best gym franchise in the region and the Bethesda location is tops! The selection of Group X classes is amazing and the teachers are fantastic.
I’ve been coming here for awhile, when it use to be Sport&Health, when they switch to onelife Bethesda, it gave me more gym options to go to but I still like Bethesda location, 4-5 floors of all types of fitness fun, parking is great and free, Mary Ann the GM is great she introduced me to Rodney and he helped loose 80 Lb
