This group is the absolute worst, and the most unorganized ever. We had to give them a deadline to take my brothers organs, a deadline! Based on this entire experience, I have now decided to add to my will - I will never, ever donate any part of my body upon my death. They put us through hell with their mismanagement and this experience will never leave me. It has made the grieving process that much harder. I'm out when it comes to donating.
They don’t care about your love one. Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Facility has no compassion for your love one. Please do not use to donate organs.
my first experience be at this place it was very hard to say goodbye to my love one 💔 cordinary was very nice and friendly she make us filing nice thank you my family member is with God today 🙏
