Terrible! Didn't fulfill their promise to my sister when my little neice died and they were like vultures at the hospital. They were rude and mean to.my neice's boyfriend. So I will actively seek to inform people to take themselves off the registry
Everyone at OneLegacy is so compassionate. There's always a friendly face and even a hug, if needed.
This group is the absolute worst, and the most unorganized ever. We had to give them a deadline to take my brothers organs, a deadline! Based on this entire experience, I have now decided to add to my will - I will never, ever donate any part of my body upon my death. They put us through hell with their mismanagement and this experience will never leave me. It has made the grieving process that much harder. I'm out when it comes to donating.
