**UPDATE** Onel has provided false information in their response to my review. Buyer beware! Very disappointed. Anderson offered to pay me for a good review, but I refused. My car was more dinged up after 4 weeks at Onel than it was when I dropped it off. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage they did to my car, and wanted to charge me more to fix it! Onel Auto Body went above and beyond while repairing my Terrain. Anderson had to deal with the dealership that originally damaged my car—and despite them being extremely rude to both of us, he remained calm, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his sweet and steady demeanor. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely beautiful—and to my surprise, the interior had been completely detailed. The best body shop around! Anderson was so kind and professional. Communication was so easy, as they were ALWAYS available to answer questions and they updated me the whole time my car was being fixed. My car looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier with the results or customer service. Highly recommend!
I have never been a person to write reviews, however, I cannot speak higher about Onel Autobody and Paint! Both Onel and Anderson are incredible! They are very professional, understanding, and patient. When calling them to check on the status of my truck, they were never in a hurry and were happy to explain the process thoroughly. Onel and Anderson both "went to bat" for me when my insurance company wasn't willing to help.
