I appreciate the Onel team for 2 recent auto body repairs they performed on my vehicle. The communication from the office staff was very helpful and kept me up to date on the status of my repairs and when the vehicle would be ready. I also know the Onel team did lots of work behind the scenes working with insurance and pushing back on cheaper and lower quality suggestions made by the insurance company. The work done on the vehicle and end results looks great!
Onel did a fantastic job! I dented and scratched my passenger side back door on a pole. They had it repaired and back to me looked brand new within days. Extremely happy with their service.
I took my mom’s 2025 Buick Envista Sport in to have a deep scratch repaired on the front passenger bumper, and they did an amazing job. Lately I feel like customer service is always lacking and I leave most exchanges feeling frustrated or disappointed. That is absolutely not the case with Onel. They did a great job with my car repair. No problems at all the entire process. They were very easy to work with, very kind and accommodating, and they helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Onel!
