I took my mom’s 2025 Buick Envista Sport in to have a deep scratch repaired on the front passenger bumper, and they did an amazing job. Lately I feel like customer service is always lacking and I leave most exchanges feeling frustrated or disappointed. That is absolutely not the case with Onel. The experience of being swiped in a parking lot left me exasperated dealing with insurance and repairs and I was so annoyed going into this process already. They did a great job with my car repair. No problems at all the entire process. They were very easy to work with, very kind and accommodating, and they helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Onel!
**UPDATE** Onel has provided false information in their response to my review. Buyer beware! Very disappointed. Anderson offered to pay me for a good review, but I refused. My car was more dinged up after 4 weeks at Onel than it was when I dropped it off. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage they did to my car, and wanted to charge me more to fix it! I have never been a person to write reviews, however, I cannot speak higher about Onel Autobody and Paint! Both Onel and Anderson are incredible! They are very professional, understanding, and patient. When calling them to check on the status of my truck, they were never in a hurry and were happy to explain the process thoroughly. Onel and Anderson both "went to bat" for me when my insurance company wasn't willing to help.
