**UPDATE** Onel has provided false information in their response to my review. Buyer beware! Very disappointed. Anderson offered to pay me for a good review, but I refused. My car was more dinged up after 4 weeks at Onel than it was when I dropped it off. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage they did to my car, and wanted to charge me more to fix it! They chipped paint off the quarter panel when replacing the bumper. They also chipped the paint on the trunk and knocked the spoiler loose when replacing ... read more
This is my second great experience with Onel. The service is phenomnal. In a world here personal service is not just dying, but dead, Onel truly stands out. Their excellent communication is surprising. Constant notices of progress were greatly appreciated. Anderson is the epitome of personal service. He is kind, professional, and the definition of a "good human." Overall Onel delivered an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to everyone.

Onel Auto Body went above and beyond while repairing my Terrain. Anderson had to deal with the dealership that originally damaged my car—and despite them being extremely rude to both of us, he remained calm, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. I have never been a person to write reviews, however, I cannot speak higher about Onel Autobody and Paint! Both Onel and Anderson are incredible! They are very professional, understanding, and patient. When calling them to check on the status of my truck, they were never in a hurry and were happy to explain the process thoroughly. Onel and Anderson both "went to bat" for me when my insurance company wasn't willing to help.
