I don't know what happened to them this year. I was a loyal customer. This year I sent my lawn mower for service because it didn't start. Paid the pickup drop off + service fee. It came back, worked 30 mins ten stopped and didn't start again. When I looked at the invoice again I saw that they just tightened battery bolts, unit started and they sent it back, charging 90 just for that part (seperate from the pickup drop off fee). Clearly there was another problem and they didn't bother checking, or actually servicing the unit.... read more

Wonderful service. Craig was a pleasure to deal with. More concerned with me getting the right tractor than making a sale. No hesitation giving them 5 stars.
They know how to take care of their locals. That's for sure. When everyone was sold out of salt, they at least sold me a bag for an emergency from their own stash. It's that kind of customer care that will make me continue using O'Neill's from now on. Thank you again to the friendly staff that helped me out after the storm
