Wonderful service. Craig was a pleasure to deal with. More concerned with me getting the right tractor than making a sale. No hesitation giving them 5 stars.
They know how to take care of their locals. That's for sure. When everyone was sold out of salt, they at least sold me a bag for an emergency from their own stash. It's that kind of customer care that will make me continue using O'Neill's from now on. Thank you again to the friendly staff that helped me out after the storm
Great place lots of snowblower and great service
I went to O’Neil’s based on word of mouth from family and friends as well as the posted online reviews and I was not disappointed. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding and the repair on my small machine was carried out extremely quickly and on time as prescribed by the staff. The cost of the repair was very fair for the work they completed and my snow blower is running like new . Darlene the service manager was fantastic and very helpful .
