Don't go here. Arrived 11.10am to have a leaking tyre repaired. They close at 12. Was told by manager that he had been there all morning, why come in now when they are about to go home? He had 2 guys there plus himself and all doing nothing. Slammed his book down on the desk and came out to have a look. Told me he can't repair those tyres due to foam lining. I told him the East Maitland branch had done repairs on the same tyres twice. Was told to back there which I did and tyre repaired. He just couldn't bothered doing it.
I called O’Neill’s Tyres Rutherford needing four tyres replaced—two weeks out from Christmas and two weeks out from rego. As a single woman, I’ve often been taken advantage of in male-dominated spaces, but this experience was the complete opposite. Jamie was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Appreciate the team making something stressful feel easy and honest. Highly recommend.
