This is my go-to for all things spa and pool as far as parts, chemicals and repairs are concerned. Free water test as well. Recently repaired our Polaris. Very helpful.
I used to really like O'Neills but I'm not a fan since they merged with Patriot. Strike 1: went for a water test about a month ago and they told me my salt was way low which didn't seem right (my salt display was reading 2900) I checked with a home test and it also confirmed 2900 and to be sure I went by Leslie's who also gave me the 2900 reading. The guy at O'Neills/Patriot told me I needed to add a bag of salt to up the salt level which would have been a big mistake. I called the store and left a message about their machin... read more
